It's jump rope season!

Summer Camps:
There is less than a month to register for Northwest Double Dutch summer camps: There is still space in a few, check the website for availability. The morning Sammamish camp and the 8/17-24 Seattle Center camps are both full and the rest are rapidly filling up: jump on it and get registered, y'all! Register here!

Competitions & Kid Shows, general radness:

• Emerald City Step Show: UW Hec Edmunson Pavilion, May 9th, 3-7 info here This is not a double dutch event but seriously, a step show? I went last year and was blown away: goosebumps for days.
  
• Hot Dog USA Community Jump Rope Show: Community Show at Kamiakin Jr High School in Kirkland: May 9th, 6:30-9pm info here
• Jump Rope in Your Jammies: Jump Rope in Your Jammies: Hot Dog USA Fundraiser, Friday May 15th 7-9pm. Music, jumpin', performances and awards for best jammies, bedhead, stuffed animal slippers etc! Helen Keller Gym
  
• Canadian Rope Skipping Championship: Abbotsford, BC (near Vancouver), May 15-17 info here

Adults only(!):
OntheDouble (dutch) is performing as part of "The Gong Show" at the Columbia City Theater on May 16th. This is a 21+ show and it's going to be seriously fun. We are nervous to be judged and gonged, please come show your support. We will have sweet outfits and a great routine for this show... tickets here. This show is going to be crazy, super fun and entertaining, for real.
