NWDD is expanding, collaborating and looking for exciting new ways to bring more jump rope action into your life!
January Saturday classes for adults will be at a new location and will be set to a Latin-inspired sound track. I am encouraging those of you who love Latin dancing and music to come to these classes. You don't have to have any experience with dancing or jumping but be ready to for a great workout and a ton of fun!
